Padel is booming in Dubai, yet conversations about anxiety and depression often stay quiet behind the cityโs relentless pace. The sportโs small, enclosed court created an unexpected opportunity: an intimate space where two people can open up without the pressure
of traditional therapy.
Open Court reframes padel as a place for emotional connection, pairing players such as expats, overworked professionals, and young high achievers with licensed therapists.
Through the Adidas Training platform, anyone can book a one-on-one Talk Court Session and experience Motion Therapy, where keeping the ball alive means keeping the dialogue alive.
