TIM, the Italian telecommunications carrier, expanded into Brazil 15 years ago and is now the second-largest brand in the sector. However, we faced several barriers in customer experience (CX), which negatively impacted sales, usability, and other areas. My role as UX Leader was to assist the client in creating a minimalist-based design system that would not only improve aesthetics but also boost the conversion of new customers and the loyalty of existing ones.
