In 2012, Uber began offering on-demand rides with just a tap. However, it won't be until 2024 for the brand to break into
the Japanese market, where traditional taxis still dominate.
Overcoming cultural barriers has been the biggest challenge. So Iβve created films (Spec Ad) to showcase modern Japanese life
while preserving cultural values, bringing the service a part of the Japanese lifestyle.
